What can I ask about?

ANY ACCOUNT THAT ADVERTISES WILL BE DELETED...!
This site is designed exclusively for healthcare professionals of all fields and levels. You must never be out of the healthcare and medical context.
You can ask about how to diagnose a condition, treat it, what are the steps of a certain procedure or operation and anything that comes to your mind within healthcare & medicine, just pick the right community and ask whatever you want.

How to ask a question?

1- First you need to signup or login
2- Click on the blue "Ask A Question" button on the right
3- Fill out the form of the question
4- In the form, Categories are the Communities you see on the left menu
5- You may use Tags that are already used by health professionals or invent your own new ones. Just type the tag and click "Enter" to add another one.
6- Featured image is the image that will appear on the question loop(Dashboard) so people see it from the outside before they click on the question

What are communities?

Categories you choose when asking a question are the Communities you see on the left menu.
We extremely recommend you to see all the Communities & follow multiple of them that you are interested in so you do not miss the great content and value.

What are groups?

Groups serve as a connection between health professionals, you may connect together as colleagues in the same country, university or hospital to discuss and share valuable knowledge & information.
Groups could be about ANYTHING that connects health professionals for a shared interest between them.
However, please DON'T make groups that already have Communities for them.

What are tags?

Tags are what health professionals have written in the Tag section when they asked a question.
Health professionals may create as many tags as they want when asking a question, these tags may have been used before by other health professionals or you may create new ones when asking.

What is the status in a question page?

Status in a question page is either In Process, Answered, or Closed depending on the choice of the health professional who asked the question.
1- "In Process" so answers can still come in.
2- You can pick the best answer you got and your question will be marked "Answered".
3- You can close the question so no more answers are allowed but we HIGHLY don't recommend that as more health professionals may want to add valuable information. However you can easily reopen the question again.

What should I do when health professionals answer my question?

You can choose the best answer, and you can close the question if you want but we don't recommend the last option as more health professionals may want to add valuable information.

Can I get more help?

Yes, of course.
Just click on Contact Us at the top header and message us about anything you want. We'll respond as soon as possible.
Also, you can reach us directly in a group we named "Give Feedback", we listen to your feedback and pay attention carefully to improve our site & provide you the best experience.
